My Postpartum Doula services have been thoughtfully crafted to nurture you, sweet mama. At Dear Mama our mother centred care model is rooted in the belief that when a mother is nurtured and cared for the whole family thrives. My mission is to leave mums feeling more confident, supported and empowered as they embark on their motherhood journey. I appreciate that motherhood is a deeply personal experience and that no two families are the same. Each postpartum package is tailored to honour each woman's unique needs and choices. My holistic support includes everything from enabling physical rest and recovery, to emotional support and encouragement, reducing your mental load by helping out around the house in practical ways and connecting you with educational resources and other professionals as needed. I'm here to help you create a newborn cocoon by wrapping you up with the love and support you so deserve.
Hi, I'm Hannah...
I'm a mama to two little legends. After nearly a decade teaching in primary schools the birth of my children, changed my priorities and created a love and passion for all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Both of my postpartum experiences have rocked me to my core and humbled me. Through my own mental health challenges I became acutely aware of the lack of support for new mothers navigating all that comes with the fourth trimester.
When a baby is born so is a mother. A whole new version of that woman is growing, changing, stretching and learning as she adapts to a whole new role and identity. It is my mission to ensure mothers receive compassionate care and feel seen, heard and understood as I nurture and nourish them lovingly through one of life's biggest transitions. To be welcomed into someone's home to care for them after they've had a baby is an honour and privilege that is not lost on me. You have my full admiration and respect as you settle into life with your growing family. I cant wait to support you!
I have completed training as a Postpartum Professional with Newborn Mothers Collective, so you can rest assured that you are in competent, safe and loving hands.

My Postpartum Doula services are holistic and 100% bespoke, meaning they can be changed to suit your unique needs and wants. I am here to provide support tailored to you. The price per package can be adjusted if you have any deductions or add ons.
- Mother centered care. Someone to look after you and help you meet your own needs. Here to hold the mother.
- Caring for your baby while you rest or shower.
- Newborn care; assisting with sleep, bathing, feeding and changing nappies.
- Support preparing nutritious meals, snacks and drinks.
- Emotional check in's and support, a listening ear is never far away with me in your corner.

- Attending appointments with mum and bub and getting out of the house (should you wish to).
- Support to tune into your intuition and tune out the noise.
- Light housework.
- Support booking appointments to assist with recovery or self care.
- Phone and email support during our time together.
